Umzi Wam Umzi Wakho (Pty) Ltd (“UWUW”) is a registered credit provider with the National Credit Regulator (Registration No. NCRCP 553) that was set up in 2009 to meet the housing needs and housing related matters for members of retirement funds.
Our team comprises of staff members who have extensive experience in the home loans sector. Some of the staff members have been here from inception of the product. The team also has members who have an accounting background and this has proved to be a valuable asset to the department.
UWUW prides itself in its unique expertise in providing independent pension backed home loans advice to Trustees of Retirement Funds.
Our main aim is to meet the housing needs of members of retirement funds who more often than not, cannot source housing loans through the traditional channels. UWUW provides an alternative form of housing finance where the loan is secured by the member’s retirement fund savings instead of a mortgage bond. In providing pension backed home loans to members, employers are able to provide the following:

- Easy repayments facilitated through payroll deductions
